Today is Pentecost Sunday and there is much for us to meditate on.  But I would like to share with you a dimension of Pentecost that we seldom consider.  In a matter of seven weeks, those first followers of Jesus conquered the fear that had put them in prison and walked bravely out to face the world.  How did they do that?  We all would do well to learn from their experience. Please join us in wishing Fr. Grippo and Fr. Kareem each a Happy Anniversary!  Fr. Grippo celebrates the 48th anniversary of his ordination into the priesthood. Fr. Kareem celebrates the 2nd anniversary of his ordination into the priesthood.   Congratulations to you both and thank you for all you do for our parish, school and parishioners!   A life that is dedicated to the service of the Lord is a beautiful example of a living, loving faith.
