Welcome Ms. Ragone!

We are happy to announce that Ms. Rose Ragone has been hired as our new Annunciation School Principal!  Ms. Ragone comes to Annunciation with years of experience as an educator and administrator.  We are very happy that Ms. Ragone has accepted the position and challenges of principal.  She will do much to enhance the educational, spiritual and social dimensions of our wonderful parish school for Pre-K through 8th grade.  Welcome to the Annunciation School Community!

Letter From the Pastor – June 24, 2018

I suppose there are times when everyone longs to recapture the carefree innocence and joy of childhood.  We wish that for just one day we could shake off the burdensome responsibilities of adult life and put our feet under Dad’s table once more.  Admittedly, this emotion carries with it an element of escapism, but it is not necessarily all bad.  There are, of course, some characteristics of childhood that we should outgrow and leave behind forever.  Such childish traits as impatience and total self-centeredness have no place in adult life.  But there are certain basic elements of childhood that we […]

Welcome Fr. Kareem Smith!

Please join us in welcoming newly ordained priest, Fr. Kareem Smith, to our parish!  Born and raised in the Bronx, Fr. Kareem attended St. Anthony’s School in the Bronx, Blessed Sacrament High School in New Rochelle, and St. John’s University in Queens before joining St. Joseph’s Seminary.  His prior parish assignments have included Assumption in Peekskill and St. Patrick’s Cathedral.  We are excited to have Fr. Kareem join our parish – please extend a warm welcome to him!
